Sorry you got the impression that it would go down if rates are cut. This is not true at all. Your rate is based off other factors. If you look at your closing papers it should show you what your rate will be at certain points during the loan. I would go read that carefully.

I could feel the rap but as a track, I%26#039;d give it a 5(?). The lyrics sounded good but the rapping was so fast, it was hard to get a steady beat for the song. Maybe if the rap was slower or the beat was a bit faster to keep up with it.

This is an unusual point system and because you get 2 points per inning pitched just stack up on pitchers. Make trades for pitchers and you will win.
For example, 200 innings equals 400 points but it takes 100 home runs to get 400 points.
Overall the team is good (how did you get Hollday if you picked 10th?...I%26#039;ve never seen him drop that far). I%26#039;d drop some of your bench players and stock up on SP as free 2 points for an inning pitched means you have to try to have the most innings pitched (hopefully it%26#039;s a daily roster change and no max innings) of anybody and you should do well.

Yeah, I would definitly drop Jinzo, and throw in a Mask of Restrict, that way, you don%26#039;t lose your Traps, and they can%26#039;t tribute summon. I would also think hard on Card Destruction. I had it in my Exodia deck, and would always pull it at the wrong time, definitly drop it unless you add in atleast one more Backup Soldier.

you could use %26quot;appropriate%26quot; in combination with hand destruction, card destruction, morphing jar, disturbance strategy, destiny hero defender, chainsaw insect, dark bribe, dragged down into the grave, each time your opponent gets an extra draw, you draw 2 more cards from your deck.
if any of your exodia parts gets in the graveyard, you could easily recover them with dark factory of mass production or monster reincarnation.
take out the vermins and the humming birds, get another nimble momonga in, and you could try hero kid in combination with giant rat, cyber dragon could help too.

E-Hero / Neo-Spacian Decks can be terrible build that often deliver terrible hands and are unstable. However, if built correctly they canm be the most versatile and consistent deck you%26#039;ll ever play with.
I%26#039;m sorry to say this but your is currently the first option. With Neo-Spacian deck building you need to break the process into three parts. First add in two Grand Mole becuase they are basically brilliant little monsters. Secondly add three other Neo-Spacian monsters (I%26#039;ve choosen the next best). For the sake of this deck I%26#039;m going to choose Agua Dolphin, Air Humming Bird and Dark Panther. Finally add fillers and three E-Hero Neos.

I know that you didn%26#039;t say anything about Cyber Dragons, but they are brilliant monsters that you should really use if given the chance in a duel. Summon out the Cyber Fusions with Future Fusion and if the chance occurs end the duel with Cyber End Dragons massive 4000ATK.
If you choose to make this deck then I guarantee that you will be impressed with it%26#039;s power. This build along with the Cyber support is probably the strongest Neo-Spacin deck you%26#039;ll find.
Finally if you choose to change the Neo-Spacian monsters that I have then you need to make a whole new deck. The deck I%26#039;ve given you is for those Neo-Spacian monsters only and cant%26#039; really be modified to suit others.

seems you have a lot of dragon in youre deck why dont you add devine dragon ragnarok instead of hunter dragons. so that you can call for king dragun it has a powerfull efect. and one thing more instead of cyber shadow gardna use metal reflect slum the fact is if you use cyber shadow gardna to protect youre lp it is for one time use becouse it will be destroyed if the opponents choose to attack it. metal reflect slum is a token with 3000 defense so he get a hard time to destroy it not only that you can sacrifice it for youre monarchs.
and viruses are not usually added in cyberdark deck. by the way you cant judge how strong youre deck is unless you try it in a match :-D

My 20 year old son has a heart rate of 48. He is tall and lean. Doesn%26#039;t have chest pain or anything. He does have asthma. He had an ekg done for preop for surgery in 3 days. The tech sent him in to urgent care saying there was a problem with the ekg turned out to be the low heart rate of 48.
I know in athletes a low heart rate can be very normal, I learned this in anatomy and physiology II this semester. That%26#039;s all I know, so if your son is not an athlete, i would look into seeing a cardiologist.
Seems` as if the average heartbeat is 72 ( I think ) then 48 doesn`t sound normal / Prayers %26amp; Blessing for you and your son . I`m sure the docs` have it under control .

i don%26#039;t like Rondo starting... bench him and put Mo will in his place. Mo gives you a lot of assist... but when TJ gets healthy, start him and place Mo at the Util spot. While Rondo is at the bench, put tim thomas in the util spot for a while... but you have to trade a decent forward... i don%26#039;t like maggette, and jamario should just be at the util spot only.. perhaps you can trade maggette and rondo and childress for a good forward. the likes of caron butler, captain jack, josh howard, mike miller, lewis, artest...

Sorry but I think your team is just a middle echelon team until you make some trades. For one, there is absolutely NO reason to have 2 top 3 Centers. You have some killer stars and then some guys who doesnt deserve to be on a 10 league team. I think you need to trade Amare or Yao to get a Forward (Caron Butler?)

lol, they all look the same to me, but that might be because they are younger. however, i%26#039;d give them each a 6. I%26#039;m 24 and it looks like they are younger than I am. If I was their age or younger, they%26#039;d be 11%26#039;s.

They are all 4%26#039;s...they are too emo and too young looking for me...they look like they are still in middle school!! They all look really skinny and sick looking in the pictures too. 6 days after my last child was born, I got very ill. My heart rate when I was taken to the hospital was sitting between 32-40bpm. I had a severe headache, pounding in the back of my head every time my heart would beat. My blood pressure was 190/110 and had been about this high, ever since my daughter was born. Was this pregnancy related or do I still have something to worry about?The doctors never really figured out what was wrong with me. ( I did have severe pitting edema when I was in the hospital and delivered a couple weeks early do to the swelling) Still experiencing palpatations, but regular heart rates now.
The picture you present is a dangerous one: low heart rate, head ache and high blood pressure typically indicate Intracranial Hypertension i.e., the fluid in which the brain is suspended has hi pressure. it could be very dangerous, may be related to your pregnancy and childbirth or not. i suggest you consult a physician immediately and you need a CT scan of head to rule out any intracranial problems. sorry if i frightened you, but in your place i%26#039;d be frightened.

Well, you have scoring with Iverson, McGrady, and some from Okur %26amp; Davis, and once Bibby returns to 100% he%26#039;ll help you there. You got pretty good assists also and decent steals.
Small Problem is 3-pt shooting. A lot of these guys don%26#039;t hit a lot of them, but you might have enough balance with them.
Big problems are no rebounding help at all or even shot blocking. Okur is not a strong rebounder (but great with 3-pts and scoring). Sometimes he%26#039;ll get you some boards.
-Yi is unproven right now.
-Wallace has been going down hill ever since he arrived in Chicago and I think he just recently got injured. He just hasn%26#039;t put up the defensive numbers like he did in Detroit. And he is one of the worst FT% guys out there.
-Brand is probably out most of the season; and even if he returns he won%26#039;t be double/double guy right away.
-Mourning sadly has to back-up Shaq, but if he gets playing time then he is a good asset.
-McDyess hasn%26#039;t done anything jaw dropping in boards and is an okay PF.
-Martin is coming off 2 knee surgerys over the past like 2 years now.
So you need a couple of rebounders- if you can, pick up
Chuck Hayes, Reggie Evans, and Haywood. They%26#039;re not superstars, but get the job done most of the time in that category. Even be on the lookout for Joel Pryzibella (spelling?). If he is healthy then he provides excellent rebounding and shot blocking. And think about Eddy Curry if he hasn%26#039;t been drafted. Not a great rebounder but provides points at center and sometimes boards.
Overall, losing Elton Brand is big! He would have really helped out a lot in main categories.
I would rate your team 5.5.
With a healthy Brand, Martin, Bibby and if they weren%26#039;t injury prones (Williams/Davis) then I would have said a good solid 8. Get some big men! Iverson and McGrady are going to have to carry your team.
U need to tell us the lineup but from what i can tell about 8

You have big players, not literally big, but big in games and very good defense.
However, I don%26#039;t see any of them working together well on the court.
All of them are different.
Look at your offensive side,
AI, and Bibby are best at fast pace offense, but McGrady, Okur, Brand, and Finley are all half court guys.

Ok ... here is the problem - two big injuries (Brand and Bibby) will not give u anything. Finley, Bowen and Martin are starter but don%26#039;t have enough minutes.
Yi is overrated. He did play well last game but he needs to learn to get out of foul trouble and stop shooting outside long jumpers!
Zo - a back but he can get u some blocks and Big Ben is poor in free throw.
Your team will not do well and FT% will be a problem. With Bibby and Brand back your team will be a 6.5.
