Ice Beam, Surf, Recover, Hydro Pump,

Tyranitar:

Earthquake, Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, Stone Edge,

Garchomp:

Earthquake, Draco meteor, Dragon Rush, Dragon claw

7/10. Garchomp knows to many Dragon moves. Try teaching it fire fang. This should help with Ice Beamers. Instead of Draco Meteor for Dragonite teach it thunder punch for water type Ice Beamers. Tyranitar should now Payback since it is slow not dark pulse. Fire fang instead of fire blast. Other wise your team is good to go

Dragonite:

Thunderbolt/aerial ace/dragon claw or dragon rush.

Blastoise: Surf/Hydro Pump, Aqua Ring is ok, blizzard is ok, Earthquake is fine.

Charizard:

Get rid of fireblast or blast burn, flamethrower is preferable. Get rid of earthquake for Ancient Power, since it looks like you%26#039;re going for a special sweeper. (Modest, 252 sp.atk, 252 spd EVs)

Milotic: Ice Beam, Surf, Recover, Mirror coat/Hidden Power [Electric]/Toxic/Substitute.

You don%26#039;t need two STABS on Milotic, Surf works just fine.

Tyranitar is a PHYSICAL SWEEPER, take dark pulse out for Crunch. Fireblast out for Taunt/Substitute. Stone edge is fine.

Garchomp looks ok, but 3 dragon moves is crazy. Go for this:

Garchomp @ leftovers/LifeOrb

Adamant/Jolly (252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP) EVs

Earthquake

Dragon Claw/Dragon Rush

Swords Dance

Substitue/Fire Fang

I give it a 6 out of 10 for movesets. Change them to what I showed you, tweak a few extra Earthquakes for something better perhaps, and I%26#039;ll give it a 10 out of 10.

Dragonite:

Get ride of Fly, Thunder, and Draco Meteor.

Fly gives the opponent too many chances to counter it (protect, switching, or thunder.)

Thunder: I dislike thunder it%26#039;s accuracy is too low to rely on. Teach it thunder bolt instead, it has high damage and high accuracy.

Draco Meteor: You only need one attack of the same type, replace it with Dragon Dance. Dragon Dance will make it faster and be able to get some heavy damage too.

Blastoise:

Get rid of Hydro Cannon, Blizzard.

Hydro Cannon (like Hyper Beam) is not a good move. After you attack (and possible kill) the Pokemon Blastoise is left for a strong counter attack. Because it is so slow the opponent gets two turns to Faint it. Replace with Surf, it does more damage in the two turns anyway.

Blizzard sufferers from the same fate as Thunder, replace it with Ice Beam.

Charizard:

Blast Burn has the same problem as Hydro cannon. Replace it with Flamethrower

Fireblast, you only need one attack of the same type, Replace it with Aerial Ace. It will give a larger type range, it doesn%26#039;t miss, and it gets a STAB (same type attack bonus) a 1.5 damage boost.

Milotic:

All is good but Hydro Pump, consider replacing it with Dragon Pulse

Or replace recover and hydro Pump with rest and Sleep Talk

When Milotic uses rest (it gets a sleep status) because it has a status effect so it gets a 50% Defence boost, and you can attack while asleep

Tyranitar is ok, get rid of Fire blast and breed Dragon Dance on it.

Garchomp:

Get rid of Draco Meteor, and Dragon Rush (dragon claw plays on it%26#039;s higher attack and it has better accuracy)

replace Draco Meteor with Dragon Dance, and replace dragon rush with what ever you feel like, preferably a attack that is super effective against ice types. (garchomp has a 4X damage against it)

moves are pretty good, just avoid having two of the same type of move on any pokemon. and maybe you should reconsider weaknesses because with a salamence that knows rock slide and earthquake which is very common I could easily kill charizard tyranitar and maybe others.
