2.)If so, how does a person%26#039;s heart rate relate to his/her Metabolism to burn fat %26amp; carbs?



3.)Will taking pills that increase heart rates help in weight management?

cardiac frequency or rate, has nothing to do in burning fat.....Where did you get that notion from?



Burning (or more correctly, oxidyzing fat) is performed by some substances in the liver and gut called enzymes.



The speed of the work of several of them (lipase in small gut and blood, the fabrication of lipases in gut and liver, the capability of transport of fat from the gut to fat tissues) are more important facts.



The only condition in which heart rate is related to %26quot;burning fat%26quot;, is either an overfunction (exagerated secretion) of he thyroid gland, or the ingestion of toxic amounts of thyroxine (Thyroid hormone).



Some stimulating pills such as those made from caffeine, or amphetamine derivatives, will achieve what you have mentioned, at the expense of your health. (believe me, I know that for a fact)



In the two cases mentioned above, people remain thin, but in a very unhealthy manner, that is, at the expense of being ill ( by a primary disease, or by ingestion of a substance that is nor required nor needed by the body)



The thumb rule is that, excess carbohydrates are stored in the body as FAT, and there are no magic pills that will burn your fat by increasing your heart rate,



Forgive me, but that is quite nonsensical..



Best way to relate higher heart rate and fat reduction, is MODERATE exercise....There is a good example of increasing heart rate, and burning fat.



Restriction of the ingestion of fats and carbohydrates if the weight expected for height and age, is the only way to keep fatness at bay.....%26quot;Miracle%26quot; pills or products will most certainly harm you...I can assure you that.

1st taking pills wil NOT increase weight management. i am related to a personal trainer... my sister. You must figure out what your targert heart rate is... then when exercising make sure you stay at that maximum level while burning calories... It takes 3600 calories to burn just one measly pound... ((yeah really)) So when youre at maximum heart rate... it will take approximately 5 miles of walking to burn one calorie... 2 1/2 miles of running... thats why it takes forever to lose the weight... you must stick to the cardio and really dedicate yourself to achieve the best results. If you ran on a tredmill 40 minutes a day 4 -5 days a week you will have a great chanch of loosing 2lbs a week watch your caloric intake as well.. oh... a persons heart rate relates to a persons metabolism by speeding it up therfore burning calories faster than a person who has a slow metabolism..... best of luck

No, you heart rate is to do with your fitness level. Generally athletes have lower heart rates than the average person. So it is usually desirable to have a lower heart rate than a high one.



You need to find out what your target heart rate should be when training, look it up. You use different parts of your body when working at different intensities.

Your lean mass is one of the most important factors in your ability to burn fat and in your resting metabolic rate.



Increase your lean mass (lift weights) if you want to boost your metabolism. Also, eat many small meals to maintain it .
